Anyone that is already staying there? Any thought as a self-stay property? The current entry seems to be about 800k+ without the developer rebate, so I am wondering if it worth the price, thoughts?

Much lower than the purchase price and current dev price. 30+ floor. I like it coz of the amazing view,big balcony and quiet eventho facing the main road and train tracks also close to my work place the jam not so bad. Why are there so many people selling EcoSky? I see that on subsale, it's selling for 500k plus. And I have like contradicting info, is it actually freehold or leasehold?

Just bought a unit in EcoSky.
