Anyone that is already staying there? Any thought as a self-stay property? The current entry seems to be about 800k+ without the developer rebate, so I am wondering if it worth the price, thoughts?

I think now EcoWorld comes out with something called stay 2 own for this property. So no need to lelong anymore???

Why are there so many people selling EcoSky? I see that on subsale, it's selling for 500k plus. And I have like contradicting info, is it actually freehold or leasehold?

Just bought a unit in EcoSky.
