No bad smell as it already filter.
Eventhough there no smell, but you should be more concern on the health effect as its will harmful to health even there is no bad smell.

If you own a unit or few there, for certain is a nice place to stay. be realistic, tenants that could afford $1700-$2500, have many and better choices. otherwise, it would be fully tenanted.

i got one family expart tenant there. Before this stay in kl with 1800/month for studio unit only and after contract expired they looking for bigger size & comfortable unit.Then they decide
to stay in Eco Sky. More near to workplace & got tesco beside.

btw can you show me which property right now fully tenanted after 1-2 years vped?
