Seems like the only freehold project among many other leasehold projects nearby within such strategic location.

Like you say, might have many weak hand goreng kaki buat kacau, that's why current price not so good, even though location strategic, workmanship good, freehold, reputable brand etc etc.

But for me no problem to buy at current not-so-good-price, cause confirm I can hold long long until those goreng kakis give up.

Will the price be suppressed longer? Maybe. But the offer of buying at the current suppressed price for the only decent freehold project within such strategic location, is too good for me to ignore

I believe the "rent to own" is referring to Ecoworld's Hope program.

No, I don't buy under rent to own.
