IIRC this 1109sqft unit S&P price close to 1 mil and discounted to 800k something. so is this good value or not?

Property price is one least transparent. what does s&p price mean? how relevant is to market price? what is current market price? if s&p price is not market price, is it a whim and fancy price? is discounted whim and fancy price good value? |
