why never say mid valley, sunway pyramid, 1U , Pav, Starhill rental crazy?
they pay way more than peanuts Rm500 a day for rent.

people talk as if 1U, Midvalley, Sunway Pyramid was a hit when they first opened.
Kesian to most of the businessmen in Malaysia. Everyday kena condemn.

When these malls first opened, their rental was much lower than currently.

Many are either unrealistic or demand very short pay back period.

3% is such a poor return for commie lah. 4% (17k) shld be a btr minimum n 5%(21k) shld be a good target. doesnt seem tht high but maintenance fees etc owner les pay for la.

Hhmmmmm doesn't look as nice as I thought it would be.
Colour too dark and dull for my liking.
Have to see after removal of the aluminium strips whether it will look better or not.
Apparently tower c still got plenty of unsold units.
Asking price starts from 777k with 7% rebate for approx 936sf.

ultimately i think this is another 'unsucessful' development.
