Just booked a unit at ecosky clarita - Type B3, mainly due to nicer layout (wider rather than longer) and the wet/dry kitchen. Quite convinced with the potential of the commercial area plus tesco which is right next door. Seems like sales is a bit slow (50% sold) despite launched since April? Well, at least tower A and B were sold out. The good part is still got early bird discount The higher floors still not open for sales. Anyone has any idea what will be the potential value upon completion in 2018? Tricky question. Haha

QUOTE(tengster @ Sep 3 2014, 05:08 PM) yeah..this type no show unit. You have to just visualise from the type B of Block A/B. Hopefully, it turns out well. THey are working on several initiatives to make ES a better place. This integrated development will need more than just a condo feel....the commi in front have to do well too...... banks, F&Bs, convenient stores, etc. should slowly make their way there.... yeah, agree. Seems like the shoplots on the other side of tesco are the only commercial area around. But of coz ecosky is higher class a bit. Setiawalk in puchong managed to get some good vendors such as starbucks, sushi tei, kenny roasters, wongkok, tappers, san nae dul, mr. dakgalbi etc. Hope we can get the same or better in ecosky

QUOTE(Calculator2013 @ Sep 8 2014, 09:52 AM) Welcome, neighbour!!! Thanks, Calculator. Yeah, I also had my doubts when I see the sales a bit slow for clarita. But generally the property market in msia is slow this year? For similar priced property, I think skyz residence in puchong is also a bit slow. Pantai sentral park which did balloting sold out though. I wonder what's the sales like for lakeview which is nearer to ecosky. I went to the gallery and it looks like pasar malam selling on the cheap

Tower C still got a number of floors at the top yet to be opened for sales. So unlikely more than 50% sold. Ok. Hopefully not too many random shops opening there

Ecosky's progress has been really slow. Skyz residence in Puchong is already very noticeable even though it was launched later than ecosky QUOTE(kochin @ Oct 22 2015, 03:37 PM) anybody aware that ecosky residential is a green building? seems like they went for LEED. would have preferred if they went for GBI instead. http://www.usgbc.org/projects/ecosky-resid...l?view=overviewbtw, so frustrating that there are not much progress updates at all from ew.
