 account locked!, please help! different case

hey guys my account was locked and when i followed the instructions to retrieve it back, i didnt know my security question answer so i randomly type and up to a point it says that i've had too many failed attempt. and it direct me saying ' You have made too many unsuccessful attempts. In order to continue the password reset process, please contact Customer Support.''

besides that, before my account was locked i tried logging it in on the battlenet website and it says that my diablo 3 is still starter edition.. So i entered my authentication key and it says its alreadyu been used.. But last time i've activated it why now suddenly become starter edition?? Confused!!

Step 1: Do not panic

Step 2: Go to https://www.facebook.com/BlizzardCS and post your situation. Tell them to contact you via email and say that you have details for validation(CD KEY, Identity Card<== yes, your IC ) .

Step 3: Be patient and wait for your reply. IF still no reply after 1 day, post another msg on their FB page.

is it possible that you actually have another account?

did u ever create a new acc when activating the full game ?

if you very sure you didn't then don't panic, just do like metalfreak said

if you did or unsure, try remember it, very likely your game was activated on another account id, normally error like this at blizzard rarely happen

or maybe you saw it wrong,


first thing to do now is to contact blizzard, try to recover ur account back first smile.gif then see again

Scan them your IC. I do it everytime. Approval damn fast one dont worry.

I checked with 2 of my emails.
1email states that i have to verify my acc ( that was long time ago) could that be a main acc?

Or the 2nd email with 'authentication key' stuff..? im assuming its the 1st email that i registered the game with. if it is, its the starter edition 1..

contacted blizzard, they ask me to submit a ticket, tried and got no response. damn tired of this..

can someone help me...b4 iam telling u guys my problem, i already rebuild back my rig change mobo, ram and adding ssd. Now my problem is why i cannot login...id pass n authenticator code all good no problem...but i cannot login...already follow instructions about remove authenticator code...but still the authenticator popping up...

Done boss...nothing happen but staff from blue already help to remove the authenticator code...now i can continue my monk hihi...

Guuys, when i log in my acc it requires the authenticator key, so i on my app and type in the code then it says ''We couldnt log you in with what you just entered. Please try again'' ( i tried re-syncing aswell)

I tried clicking a button that resets it but it requires my 6digit of my authentication CODE of my d3, so i type in and it says wrong/used.

WTH is going on?!

u have same problem like me b4 this...try submit ticket or chat with blue staff..they sure remove the authenticator code from u account...cool bro they sure help u biggrin.gif
