account locked!, please help! different case

hey guys my account was locked and when i followed the instructions to retrieve it back, i didnt know my security question answer so i randomly type and up to a point it says that i've had too many failed attempt. and it direct me saying ' You have made too many unsuccessful attempts. In order to continue the password reset process, please contact Customer Support.''
besides that, before my account was locked i tried logging it in on the battlenet website and it says that my diablo 3 is still starter edition.. So i entered my authentication key and it says its alreadyu been used.. But last time i've activated it why now suddenly become starter edition?? Confused!!

I checked with 2 of my emails. 1email states that i have to verify my acc ( that was long time ago) could that be a main acc?
Or the 2nd email with 'authentication key' stuff..? im assuming its the 1st email that i registered the game with. if it is, its the starter edition 1..
contacted blizzard, they ask me to submit a ticket, tried and got no response. damn tired of this..

Guuys, when i log in my acc it requires the authenticator key, so i on my app and type in the code then it says ''We couldnt log you in with what you just entered. Please try again'' ( i tried re-syncing aswell)
I tried clicking a button that resets it but it requires my 6digit of my authentication CODE of my d3, so i type in and it says wrong/used.
WTH is going on?!
