Step 1: Do not panic
Step 2: Go to https://www.facebook.com/BlizzardCS and post your situation. Tell them to contact you via email and say that you have details for validation(CD KEY, Identity Card<== yes, your IC ) . Step 3: Be patient and wait for your reply. IF still no reply after 1 day, post another msg on their FB page. Hope it helps. |
