is it possible that you actually have another account?

did u ever create a new acc when activating the full game ?

if you very sure you didn't then don't panic, just do like metalfreak said

if you did or unsure, try remember it, very likely your game was activated on another account id, normally error like this at blizzard rarely happen

or maybe you saw it wrong,


first thing to do now is to contact blizzard, try to recover ur account back first then see again
