Hi good day to you all......

Anyone interested to buy the Setia Platinum Privileges reward points (spp) to rebate off the selling price of the Setia property may contact me !! I'm selling for RM0.70 per point (SP Setia offered rebate RM1 for 1 spp). The more points you buy, the more you save.

Example, if you buy 10000 points for RM0.70/point = RM7000, using the points to purchase a property(hse) by SP Setia which developer offer rebate of RM1/point, this work out to RM10000, with that you save RM3000

I have 8000 SPP and selling for RM0.70/spp

T&C : To redeem with SP Setia, you must be existing spp member & property purchased must be more than RM 300k

When they will give the spp member card?the site stating that we will get it once we pay 10% dp and signed SPA,but i didn't get mine hmm.gif

The DIBS will amount to 3-5% during construction period. Hence, can expect about 5% rebate from SPS.
But, those who are going to sign SPA today, keep us updated here.

Hi Donny,

Apparently, on the day Ambang booked, there was one A1 unit available for selection.
I am unsure, but when I checked with him, thats what I found out.

thanks your info. Hopefully your expectations is true. At least can save another 5% for interest payment during construction period.
if SEH didn't give any rebate, will thinking do cancellation due to high commitment on others investments.
