Signed both SPA n loan agreement. Confirmed we are the last batch of DIBS.

Now just waiting the house to VP 2 years from now n see how much it can appreciate.

BTW, I m not staff of SPS n managed to get unit if Merrum A1 is I got myself queue number 2 during the launched day.

I would rather take 3% first, place the money in FD earn some interest. We must think time value of money
