Yeah; A1 is very much similar to B2.
Just that, i didnt like the C-Shape in both the layout as it took alot of internal space.
Anyways, different ppl got different perception. I liked B1 private living inside so, opted for B1 and of course the large roomy space.

Hahaha, this was discussed in V3 if i'm not mistaken.
Again, different people has different perception. I quite do not mind the zero lot concept because it gives you large space on one side of the house instead of dividing it - unless it is a very huge space, having land at both sides may sometime impeded your opportunity to better utilise the space. Therefore, i think zero lot is very much a ideal / practical layout while maintaining the privacy of bungalow since there is a huge wall blocking the view into your prop.

There are houses ranging from DSL, SD to Bungalow.
DSL: Started at RM408K to RM528K
SD: Started at RM728K to RM1.3m
Bungalow: Started at RM1.6m to RM1.9m

The end price could differ - no more units left except for bungalow apparently.
Phase 2 rumoured to be launched after CNY 2014.
Follow this thread and your chances of finding out is as good as ours as there are some ppl with Fibre Optic cable to SPS and some employees of SPS updating us here; also indicative price to see if its worth queuing up should you have a budget.
