If the township is successful, I think no problem to bring in a foreign bank. Just like the HSBC along Jalan Semenyih, also come in 4 or 5 years ago, though it is still in the kajang district.

Hmm.. I got info from SA that the indicative price for 22x75 would be around 650k and above ... which might be launch after cny next year 

Today 10th of December, two months after the launching, refreshing some of my key dates for SEH:

October 11 - SEH launched, wake up 6.45am, rushing for queue, DSL units sold off within 4 hours   
October 14 - Started to submit documents for loan applications
October 31 - Signed LO, opened current account and make payments for the MRTA
November 9 - Signed SPA, developer offer letter, guardhouse/fencing application letter, paid the remaining 10% dp
November 26 - Signed the loan agreement, power of attorney and assigning documents
December 8 - A free chopper ride to survey the site, piling for my unit has been started and almost completed

2 months for launching till piling almost completed plus the completion of documents signing, SEH indeed very efficient.
