Visited 1 round of Cyberjaya recently.

Personally view sibehfarjaya need more company to move in in order to make in more vibrant.

Most of the area still very desserted for me.

Panga'ea / mmu / tamarind square area not bad, 1 straight road got many nice building.

Forget abt the MNCs la...just assuming it will be another residential township as a safer bet.
Any MNCs that move in will be an extra bonus.

i have no idea how's the size of the other pasar malam in KV, I've only been to puchong utama, saujana puchong, connaught and sri rampai...
overall putra perdana one, still okay la... quite tidy, just the path are little narrow only, coz its at residential taman.. but you can see it by road side.. just beside Sin Ming school...

Depend what you are expecting ....cyberjaya at least have major companies operating from there unlike most other areas which is merely residential plus a mint commercial.

In fact many people like cyberjaya now because it is not as congested , with job opportunities, nice environment and relatively less polluted

I think the price is reasonable considering this is a slightly higher class residential project. You like the garden on the roof?

Hmm I like the security there Lolz.. 3 layer security haha smile.gif but I feel the price is higher for link if I'm comparing with garden residences semi d for first phrase which now on going is 1.5 mil only. But Monday I also gonna double check the Schubert have reach the bank value or not as I found out developer selling those remain units is more expensive compare with on going subsales. But most likely will choose symphony hills because of the environment there smile.gif

Cyber is growing a natural growth yet infrastructure wise is ready for massive growth. Puchong also took a few good years to grow but I felt it lacked good town and infra planning hence the traffic can sometimes be a nightmare.
I m happy how cyber is growing. Only concern I see is too many pigeon hole type of residential and office space which are vacated are not filled with new tenants.

You may want to calculate total cost involved. Buying from developer might include free MOT, SPA. , etc. No Suu really what else is included now.

Buying from secondary market need to be substantially cheaper to close the gap.

If this is for own staying...just follow your heart.

Yeah I had roughly calculate for spa and loan legal include stamping etc after all deduction developer units still more expensive around 100k+ compare to subsales. Wonder can negotiate if developer for cheaper price or not hhaha.. They're not include free MOT for this purchase but MOT normally won't be that expensive so it should be fine..
