korean school not even mention before but they are building fast, probably 60% completed, but this chinese school have been speculating heavily, and yet, nothing have been done... maybe still unable to collect enough fund to build?

This Korean school is same as the Korean primary school? But location doesn't look the same.
This school located in front of Q-Cell, but the other school is next to Segi U(after Angry Bird park) Attached thumbnail(s)
