Korean school progress seems quite promising...

Dpulze consider quite success... Tune hotel seems not bad too, at night u can see quite many rooms lights are on...

any idea where the korean school will be located?

Chinese primary is nearer to setia eco glades , which is further into gem in mall , but before setia eco glades

might be people working at the mall or going to Saba Restaurant..lol

anyways..i have seen a few koreans and japanese staying at dpulze

but all these africans are a nuisance..very serious

if u guys hope for Cyberjaya prices to go up..all these africans need to go..ALL OF THEM FROM EVERY SINGLE development here

i've been to cyberjaya a few times, mostly after my session in the Palace of Justice. it appears to me like a rather "quiet town" back then I totally hate it because it seems like there's nothing you can do there. if you want to have a meal, you need to travel for a significant distance.

it's different now though. saw a few developments popping up (eg. One Residence?). there is also a condominium on the way next to Mah Sing's Clover @ Garden Residence.

with most of the prime areas being taken up, i think Cyberjaya will be the next "hot" real estate which is still affordable. developer's are now pushing to areas like Bangi, Serdang etc. Puchong is the next closest thing but dayum, the property prices there would cost a limb to buy.

Just know which part of cyberjaya.if the one at SEG,MCT lake front,Mutiara ville,Pangaea have no such problem.just a minute drive to puchong thru jalan puchong to taman putra perdana,there a lot of meal shop and pasar malam already.Tesco and coming uptown puchong as well.

Near putrajaya toll too..

is the Putrajaya toll you are referring to located nearby Bandar Bukit Puchong?

if that is the one then I don't think it's a minute drive from Cyberjaya though, that's nearer to 16 Sierra.

Talking about 16 Sierra, just located opposite, new development, o2?

i mentioned about a case last time..but im mentioning more to africans in cyberjaya as a whole

I had a chat with a perdana lakeview east resident and he told me there was a case where a drug lab was found in Cyber heights. Recently there was a fight in Serin between Africans and guns were involved.

These people obviously dont work. No idea how they get thier money from.

Oh. and do u know theres a Club in Cyberjaya? Club 112 @ CBD2

99% of the patrons are africans of course

From the drugs of coz but not just cyber.there a lot of them around puchong,damansara damai,pelangi damansara.sunway there..

but not all african is bad la.some is good and like to help also.
