i think Gem in Mall will fail... they started to collect RM1/entry for parking... wonder why they do that...

even Dpulze are doing first 2 hours free parking.. and they attracted quite a lot of people.. especially Jaya Grocers, Boat noodle ZanMai sushi, Crave Burger, Coffee beans, Plan B are quite okay, but i feel disappointed with my 2nd visit food quality dropped..... chicken rice shop are quite good business too..

I don't mind paying extra if there is potential as it should be for own stay.

Have been living in cyber for 6 mths alr, never been n interested to visit GEM as no interesting tenants.
I think D Pulze can survive especially TGV is in the plan.

My biggest fear to stay in CJ is massive PH invasion. Also have mentioned many times about their bad record, are we the minority in CJ will be threaten? If my place VP, I will save police hotline in my phone lor, in case bad things turn up, who will save us ler ... Haihzzz not to be racist, I'm just a small citizen who work hard to earn my own place to stay .....

U go oldtown 24 hour that area. After 1am those PH come in group.got 1 car wash behind the oldtown open till very late wan. I think they habis clubbing go there lepak.
