Personally I never trust those SA.
Just assuming cyberjaya as a residential area with good accessibilities to other area will be a safer bet with landed F/H prop. 15 yrs ago many ppl say puchong tak boleh and look at it today how it transformed. If a place like Puchong can make it I dun see the reason why cyber can't? Prop investment is a long term game which needs time to grow. QUOTE(Tsuto @ Mar 9 2015, 04:57 PM) |

QUOTE(brensek @ Mar 10 2015, 08:50 AM) I think is good news for the residents. Now cyberjaya will become more quiet and more pieceful, and more sound like a real residential area.Imagine such a 1st class infrastructure to serve such a low density of resident. But it will definately a bad news to investors |

What are ur thoughts on the viability of opening a Chinese restaurant here in Cyberjaya?
Food would be along the line of Zhia but more of a family business kinda restaurant with better quality of food and better pricing.(i think u guys have an idea what I mean) been scouting around here and so far no competition in the market segment. Closest would be in Dengkil. still in the very early stages of planning this so all comments are welcome. |
