SEGI at roponggi? Where you get the news?

Originally Segi is at Roppongi, but I think now change to CUCMS. There's a map by Ho Chin Soon on Cyberjaya which is distributed by some of the developers, I saw SEGI is located beside Taman Pinggiran Cyberjaya which is on SSP2 land. Not Cyberjaya.

Unless Roppongi developer can confirm Segi will be included, coz even their masterplan only shows CUCMS campus.

what's so bad about students' city? how i wish it become the next sunway, flooded with rich students to bring up the commercial and rental. dont think it'll happen with CUCMS and MMU though..

Education is quite resilient to economy, good or bad economy doesnt really affect education business. So its good for the city. More population and business.
Not only student will grow, many working population will stay in Cyberjaya too with many new residential unit flooding the market.

And no, sunway boom not because of student la. Overspill of usj subang etc...of koz laa (average household income this area surely not 2k per family)

Whether it is SEGI or another brand, there will be an international business school. That's in the Roppongi Masterplan. Speculation is it will likely be SEGI linked is probably because the person behind the whole development is Clement Hii who is the major shareholder of SEG International Bhd.

i never said sunway boom due to student, i'm just referring to the spending power of rich students in that area that brought up the commercial and rental.

in fact i would rate cyberjaya more than just a students' city, and i'm not an investor there..

sorry may i know where exactly is roponggi project =.=' been hearing but haven't visit their show gallery and found out yet.

depends actually, hahaha like me i'm staying in cyberjaya i bought SH and plan to stay there i don't think this really an issue for me, and now i also staying in cyberjaya condo my bf house The reason why i bought SH because i always prefer landed than condo.
