Areca Contempo Facebook
Areca Contempo relaunching with new package this weekend. Should be interesting to see if they match the incentive by UEM Sunrise and SP Setia. |

Some interesting facts from the draft of Selangor's Structure Plan 2035. Two cities have been identified for special purpose, Klang and Cyberjaya as follows:
This post has been edited by Loen: Sep 25 2015, 02:47 AM |

QUOTE(New Klang @ Sep 25 2015, 12:56 PM) A lot of existing building would need to be removed in order to support a plan as big as this. BRT is in the plan as well as denoted by the dark green dotted line. In any case, it's a long term plan...at least we know what the town planners have in their mind. The public can give their feedback as well till end of this month.Alternative is BRT. |

QUOTE(dawnrose @ Sep 28 2015, 09:53 PM) Cyberjaya city centre site is currently being cleared. Any news of a launch in near future? Also roppongi already very quite Cyberjaya city centre is probably awaiting the confirmation of the final alignment for KVMRT2 which is expected sometime in oct/nov. Once that is confirmed, we will probably hear more news. With the RM value like banana leaf I'd be surprise if developer will launch new products that soon. Roppongi's first phase is the construction of the campus of CUCMS (which has already started). The next building likely will be the student/youth residence. QUOTE(angrysnail @ Sep 30 2015, 04:44 PM) Not really into the budget but lately i saw they really do something on the lake and the road all tar brand new. The hump was removed because of various complaints and feedback from residents and workers there. Cyberview is quite open to suggestions and feedback. The latest Cyberjaya survey is open for everyone to provide feedback. The hump in front of the MMU also removed already. Cyberjaya Satisfaction Survey 2015 |

QUOTE(thecaterpillar @ Oct 1 2015, 10:47 AM) Originally Segi is at Roppongi, but I think now change to CUCMS. There's a map by Ho Chin Soon on Cyberjaya which is distributed by some of the developers, I saw SEGI is located beside Taman Pinggiran Cyberjaya which is on SSP2 land. Not Cyberjaya. Whether it is SEGI or another brand, there will be an international business school. That's in the Roppongi Masterplan. Speculation is it will likely be SEGI linked is probably because the person behind the whole development is Clement Hii who is the major shareholder of SEG International Bhd.Unless Roppongi developer can confirm Segi will be included, coz even their masterplan only shows CUCMS campus. |

QUOTE(thecaterpillar @ Oct 1 2015, 10:46 PM) From the video, I understand that there will be existing uni moving to Roppongi. That will be CUCMS. No mention that Segi will be on same site. But they did mention Segi will be in Cyberjaya. Could it be on SSP2 instead? If Segi is in Roppongi why their master plan only shows CUCMS? Whether it's on SSP2 or Roppongi all depends on what Clement Hii have in mind. He owns both piece of the land. The SA at the sales gallery is also unsure at this point in time.Anyone visited their Sales gallery? Please share if u have more info. |

QUOTE(Longshot @ Oct 5 2015, 09:27 PM) Notice that SOME properties experience no increase for the recent few quarters. No transacted volume. We'll have to wait for NAPIC's 2Q2015 report which should be out soon. However, ALL properties listed experience NO drop in prices. Would like to see if the trend continues for the last 2 quarters. Do you have transacted volume for the same period? |

If it's a public hospital, likely it will be announced in the upcoming Budget.

QUOTE(radiax @ Oct 14 2015, 07:14 PM) Is PHB really pelaburan hartanah berhad?? Just goggled them up, sure got few big projects under them. They owned one of the tower projects in Bangsar South. Below is their list of projects to date from their wensite : Yup, confirm PHB is Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad. Hopefully they bring a reputable partner for their plan.To date, PHB’s ownership of other completed properties include Menara Bumiputra-Commerce at Jalan Raja Laut, CP Tower in Petaling Jaya, Wisma Consplant in Subang Jaya, Peremba Square in Shah Alam, Tesco Setia Alam in Shah Alam, Menara Prisma in Putrajaya, Logistics Warehouse in Shah Alam and DEMC Specialist Hospital in Shah Alam. Apart from the above completed properties mentioned, PHB also has two (2) projects that are currently under development – a brand new 10-floor healthcare facility at Gleneagles Hospital Kuala Lumpur and an integrated commercial development known as Lot G in KL Sentral which consists of a 7-storey ‘green’ lifestyle retail mall named Nu Sentral and a 27-storey office Tower known as Menara 1 Sentrum. If it's true, wonder what will they bring to that particular area.commercial vs residential vs mix? Interesting to note. |
