leadtek 760 cheapest i think is RM799

Can cut down the mobo to Asrock B85M Pro4 (RM279) and RAM to 8GB Value RAM (RM229). Can consider changing the monitor to Dell U2312HM 23"(RM629). Prefer matte screen to the glossy one of the S2340L.

OC=overclocking. intel CPU usually named with 'k' at the end eg. i7 4770k. u need a Z87 board for that, eg. Asrock Z87 Fatal1ty.
U can try ask the shop, usually if buy whole rig from them, they'll assamble them for free. if u know how to assamble them yourself, depends on u if u have time also any mobo can accept any brand of GPU now.

before R9 290 actually out, 3k rig usually consist of GTX 770 but since R9 290 is better in performance, that's the best for money for now. unless u're nvidia guy

Wow thanks for the infi sifu... so is the asrock B85m pro4 is it future proof? Like can support any high end gpu from nvidia and saphhire??? Like gtx780 or r9 series? Is that the best mobo for those gpu? No bottleneck on gaming high to ultra settings? And some photo editing like cs5 something like that? I also want to use my future rig for some photo and video editing... and ofcourse main purpose is for hard core gaming... addict here... lol ^^,

For chassis, I'm taking Bitfenix Prodigy M / Phenom M (cost around RM319).
But then I hope I can make it below 2.4k as I'm getting Dell 23" U2312HM IPS for monitor in my total 3k for complete build.

I concern on GPU whether 1gb is good enough or not for the build..

Is this build good to go? Any recommendation or changes need?

naah.. mobo have nothing to do in the pc performance. unless u want to sli your GPU, maybe u need different mobo since in specs sheet, Asrock B85M Pro4 only support crossfire (Using AMD GPU x2). mobo most important role is for your connector requirement eg. sata/usb/how many DIMM slot. if u don't do overclocking, B85 mobo is enough already.

for other purpose of usage, eg. gaming, u need better GPU (in your case, R9 290 like previous suggestion or if u actually intend to go for extreme gaming with triple monitor, save up more for gtx 780ti )
for editing photos/videos, u need better CPU (i7>i5 in this case). there's actually dual CPU mobo available by asus, but I don't saw any in Malaysia so far.

i don't think it's a good idea to use a good graphic card on a cheap motherboard with pci-e 2.0 only.

About 500-600 for CPU,GPU,RAM and MOBO only..

What OC do on your rig? Pros and cons??? And... best gaming rig for like 3-4k budget? (I want to use Bluetooth mouse and bluetooth keyboard on my future rig...is it possible?, plus monitor included)
Usb...4-6 slots is enough i guess? Other connections... vga, hdmi, etc (i dont have any idea on these, if someone can educate me it would be great).

Other sifus can also add suggestions and recommendations..
