should be around RM 2.5k once you remove the monitor (assuming you don't need) and go with the market price (because i marked up the price a little).

even the setup above is more than enough for DoTA 2.

-gaming (Can settle with Medium-high setting)
-dvd drive
-high resolution
-FIFA, COD, NFS, Battlefield, GTA etc.
-can play games for the next 5yrs

5 years is a bit too ambitious IMO.
Though if you are willing to deal with medium settings, it might be fine.

No, it's a B75 chipset, supporting the previous gen LGA1155 processors. The i5 4440 is a LGA1150 processor.

If you want something cheaper, can consider Asrock B85M-HDS, RM249.
