I really do not believe its fully sold at this location, most probably its da marketing trick to mislead the new buyers.
it's just "launched" not long ago (few weeks back) though.
Ive seen the photo posted by permata on FB, fully sold... if its true then good for them~

it could be true, bcz they only require RM5k booking not is fully refundable with no condition. that why a lot of buyers booked it. the location is really so so, they SA are saying that the TAR College going to have a new campus nearby, that the only selling point.

Agree with you. The access not so convenient especially coming out to main sungai long road. Very difficult to come out to main road. Many accident happen there.

I rather buy subsale condo in sungai long. much cheaper . selling below RM 400 sqft. Plenty of condo and choice. Nearer for the Utar student. Don't understand just because of RM 5K low down payment and need to pay extra RM 100,000 for a similar size condo in sungai long. People are rushing to buy. rclxub.gif

I ask the advertisement is for the last block... block c with Rm480 psf...

From what I hear from my property investor friends who has already make 7 digit, the older condo value will start to fall once newer and better condo come up... if for own stay is ok...

Be it for ownstay or investment.
But one thing for sure if the name Permata residence really sounds.....
I don't feel good if I tell my friends m relative I stay Per mata...

If really like that good la. New one become more expensive and when people can't afford they can go for those old one since the value drop ma. New doesn't always mean better, also depends on the management. I notice some RM400-500k new properties starting to become Negroland, because most buyers intended to flip/invest instead of buying for own stay.

Basically this developer don't have creative to give nice name to all their project . Maybe permata name idea get from rosmah Cincin la .

Utar is quite a distance to permata.

Utar expansion benefit more for the condo walking distance nearby. Plenty of condo nearby.
