If really like that good la. New one become more expensive and when people can't afford they can go for those old one since the value drop ma. New doesn't always mean better, also depends on the management. I notice some RM400-500k new properties starting to become Negroland, because most buyers intended to flip/invest instead of buying for own stay.

Agree. The majority of UTAR students do not own a car. If take bus also stop at the main road outside Taman Rakan only, have to walk some distance to Permata Residence. If Sungai Long is a 7 I would say Taman Rakan is a 2 or 3 only.
