this is not even a piece of sungai long.
and not good for investment as is not even a walking distance to sungai long.

Hi all,

I came across Permata Residence new launching recently, next to Tropicana Cheras semi -D & bungalow site at Taman Rakan-Rakan. It is not directly inside Sungai Long township, but the access to the location will have to pass by run-down shop lots etc. It is RM440 per sq ft, total sq ft is from 1040 - 1100 sq ft.

I am in dilemma if this project is worth for investment, as the surrounding areas are not so pleasant.

So the structure above is for rain harvesting? Any1 know whats pro of rain harvesting? Is it we use less water from syabas so we pay less in water bills?

rain water harvesting just good for lower down the maintenance fee...example,swimming pool water,car wash ,gardening..u still need to pay for syabas..

base on my last visit to their cheras selatan sales booth... phase 1 fully sold, phase 2 sticker board left 7-8units ... phase 3 yet to launch
