Agree. The majority of UTAR students do not own a car. If take bus also stop at the main road outside Taman Rakan only, have to walk some distance to Permata Residence. If Sungai Long is a 7 I would say Taman Rakan is a 2 or 3 only.

So any takers on this? I placed a booking on around April this year issuing cheque to lawyer.. now they ask me change cheque and address to developer directly.. so funny geh
