Agree with you. The access not so convenient especially coming out to main sungai long road. Very difficult to come out to main road. Many accident happen there.

I rather buy subsale condo in sungai long. much cheaper . selling below RM 400 sqft. Plenty of condo and choice. Nearer for the Utar student. Don't understand just because of RM 5K low down payment and need to pay extra RM 100,000 for a similar size condo in sungai long. People are rushing to buy. rclxub.gif

Utar is quite a distance to permata.

Utar expansion benefit more for the condo walking distance nearby. Plenty of condo nearby.
