I think you'd get higher pay if you have higher paper qualification or more certification in reporting and software developent, some company set the salary range according to that criteria besides working experience.

I would said, career prospect/opportunity is more important then monetary benefit/salary.

Anyway, if the jump is less then 20%, better just stay and wait for better opportunity, or probably the push factor is stronger then the pull factor.

new company will probably having a good career growth for me in term of technical, compared to the current company which for me is no longer interesting or challenging. new company more into rnd,current is manufacturing.

but current economy situation made me think twice. new company electronic semicon. current is much more stable in term of revenue n business.
