Perhaps job experience is far more important than your ages.
Experience also determine what salary you can get.

Age would be an added info. To know where a person stand by age / life cycle (young, middle aged)

Why don't ask ts to put ages in first post. Since the format didn't change since now.

maybe when we open the next version we can add the age factor into it.

i added the education background, because i believe it does plays a factor.

Hiring freeze mode sad.gif sad.gif for next 2 years likely.

But I'm sure there are opportunities elsewhere. Try to look for overall package instead.
My company although looks like high pay but bonus is very little (like 2 months ~~ blerk) and i'm not expecting a lot of increment as well.

Some company with low base pay but high increment every year and bonus.

Some low base pay but very high benefit like bank.

See what company is able to offer you the best to suit your needs. icon_idea.gif

Probably. But mine definitely worse than yours. I am currently in a Chinaman company. The pay is considered low for me now. The bonus is 1.25 or lower, depending on performance.

Overall my company does not give good package to staff because they see staff as depreciation tool.

Then start looking far and wide flex.gif . Aim for big MNC names instead - they tend (most, at least) to put more resources into employee development. Even if the pay and benefits may seem low at first, if they are willing to provide you with adequate training, I think it's good in the long run also.

Ever considered switching industries?

Keep trying bro! Don't give up.

I may not be the best person to advise you. I think also depends alot on luck.

You may want to try sending your CV to those headhunter / recruitment agency to increase your chances.
