Yes bro peri , the interchange proposed already approved since earlier this year , Pemilik focal aim ( land owner ) , direct link to tol bandar seri mahkota and bandar tasik kesuma ( 4channel from lekas ) .
Location wise , SEH and EcoMajestic also not bad , just ecoworld give you a brand new township with all new access route .
Before this can consider serene height in next coming launch , the sales gallery almost done and access from jalan bangi lama going to compelete next month smile.gif

Yeah, agree, bangi is the next big thing to hit due to LEKAS. Always in my radar.

But my boss just not willing to scout and look for land there. Typical mindset.
