Correct.

Duno where he got the RM 800k mark.

It should be above RM 500k for terrace houses upon it launch by April 2014 tentatively. But not surprise if market is good, then close to RM 600k

If u all like Eco Botanic, one of the nice green township and also the most sought after property in JB together with Horizon Hills, then u will like this theme as well.

I reckon the maintenance fee would not be too high.

then later baru launch dsl n semid, just like SEH
