wah.. so expensive semenyih now. Does not feel like my town anymore. Alot of investor. This is SPS effect. Luckily i bought PS2 in 2011.

Yes, SP is really a powerful developer with it's brand name.

Btw, Welcome Centre is a gallery name for SPS, not EW.

Not sure whether EW would call it Welcome Centre since this EcoMajestic is their biggest and flagship stratified township but it would be a very huge Sales Gallery, since they so willing to build a nice and big sales gallery for EcoSky.

Anyway, they are commencing to build the Sales Gallery for EcoMajestic soon. Could be up after CNY.

Interested in this property too. This is definitely proxy developer for LKS. The tycoon would leave SPS anytime soon. Meanwhile, why I couldn't register as the phones part could't be edited? Is it bugs?

I think the prospect of making $ is better under ecoworld than sp setia ecohill project.

this part of semenyih is going become hotter everyday...
i think in the next few years will see lots of ppl frequent visit to this part this part of semenyih during weekend for property shopping...

tell me when u buy a property, how sure can you know how many % for own stay and how% for flip, how many% keep for long term investment... rclxms.gif

Sir Reb... I think the answer is surfing here and there. One can do a quick extrapolation based on the current buyer profile. But then it is no where near the word accurate.
