wah.. so expensive semenyih now. Does not feel like my town anymore. Alot of investor. This is SPS effect. Luckily i bought PS2 in 2011.

Btw, Welcome Centre is a gallery name for SPS, not EW. Interested in this property too. This is definitely proxy developer for LKS. The tycoon would leave SPS anytime soon. Meanwhile, why I couldn't register as the phones part could't be edited? Is it bugs?
