Yes, 10 models, 4 DSL, 4 CSD and 2 SD. Thats all.

The maintenance fee is still under proposal stage, probably below RM 200 for DSL and above RM 350 for CSD onwards.

The maintenance is by unit of each type instead of built up. Means 20x70 should be cheaper than 24x75, but not sure of the corner or end lot.

Whoa!! 6am?? I everyday wake up around 7am, and start my journey to the office in KL town around 7:40am. Reaching about 8:30am. Can't imagine those ppl who stay in Semenyih and travel to KL town to work every morning n evening rclxub.gif

I presume if we look at the masterplan, only got one plot is for private school, which is the Blue spot beside the PARC...
