Icic, hmm, then the price still comfortable at 800++ bcz I reckon the upcoming phase would be high price too since Phase 1 response overwhelming and EM is around the corner.

No worry, got a lot of phases from SEH, EM as well as SEH2 in future.

I think they are buying for investment since all 3 areas were so different from each other.

West is always my radar. Had went in earlier and flipped it. Probably near my to USJ where I had stay for more than 10 years and thus, would like to take a closer look soon.

Last year just enter North and guess it had short term potential.

South is my long term radar but only for Semenyih due to SPS and EW excellent planning and record, definitely not others. Kajang perhaps but I unable to see a short potential but longer tenure due to high entry price like matured West above.

If not mistaken, only left semi D and bungalow at SEH. Link Semi-d maybe a few units left only.

Oic. I found nowadays Semi D and Bungalow a bit tough to move and most investors hands off this serie of premium houses.

Linked Semi D still good, kind like the idea and price.

2014 seems a lot of good projects to buy or enter. Too bad, limited bullets.

Haha. No worry, AMINT Kor has both multiple units at West and South, definitely wont feel sad.

Kajang definitely had some good projects as we seen, but one is unable to touch too many products. I used to had interest into Jade Hill and Nadayu but not a right timing for me.

Bkt Jalil is also always my fave radar but landed price, no eye see bcz totally not affordable but only highrises. I also dunno why I dont buy into Puchong new landed since I rate this area well.

So, u sapu EM terrace or not? I guess terrace could be easily sold out gua, maybe Semi D not sure. Repeat buyer discount is enticing though.

Repeat buyers can get extra 2%, if not mistaken.
I wonder the 1% referral fee still applicable when they launch EM.
Interested in their 24*75 or 22*70.
I think the semi-d will be too steep for me with their launch price.

Hmm, I think it is applicable but we need to find out more of EcoPrestige from the dev.

I suppose to like 20x70 or 22x70 but need to consider more of the backyard where 20x70 is 100% fully built while 22x70 is left 3" at the back. I only dislike the main door facing gate for both size.

Thus, all in all, I see 24x75 is the best among all in terms of layout and facade. But investment wise, guess 20x70 bcz of built up.
