EM is Strata Title ... everything u do on your house outlook you have to get management approval such as paint different color or grill.

I agree with you on the restriction constraint for renovating or installing solar panel is somewhat frustrating.
Although it is your house, but you still need to seek approval.
This is for the good of the whole township.

Just imagine, if everyone paint different colour, it would be quite wierd.
You might pick a normal paint, but your joker neighbours might pick purple, highlight green, glow in the dark orange or some other funny paint. And some jokers might also renovate the house with "exquisite" taste.
Give and take if we are to live in condo/strata landed property loh.

It is a public area, maintained by Management.
You cannot plant pandan leaves, or coconut trees there.
But inside your own compound of 20*70 or 24*75, you can plant whatever you like.

Huh, are you sure the extra land for end lot and cornet lot is not belong to the house owner? And not for personal use?

Amint gor,if not mistaken, they will launch the terrace and cluster home first.
The reserve area for empty land to build bungalow dunno when they will launch.

Oic. I am searching the bungalow lot for personal use, not investment:

1) setia eco hill (not bad)
2) eco majestic (strata title. surely there will be stricter guidelines for own built bungalow?)
3) country heights (can stay near many VIPs but looking tired la the surrounding)
4) jade hills (can get out from sampah masyarakat status. kekeke)


anywhere else that i missed? need g&g or f&g bungalow lot

Was there at iprop fair. One SA mentioned all the phase listed in the brochure will be launched the same time. Not sure how true

I think the land is for personal use but you need to get approval for your proposed modifications.
