QUOTE(nerd @ Nov 3 2006, 07:58 AM) I would save that RM4k if I were you! @btrix. Precisely what I said too. Maybe you can afford not to. Getting 2k is hard enough for me already... I guess if you really want a JCM800, 4K will do it provided you are willing to go the extra step. I better not continue on financial management or you'll kill me but anyway, juz my 2 cents la. blacktrix. if not mistaken, that card system or whatever is for you to enter the main city area. you can still drive into singapore.
and customs do not tax for used items. obviously the amp is gonna look used anyway since it is used.

RM4k can get you lots of cool stuff if you import from Japan. Edwards Rhoads V, Jackson Star RR....surely a better buy than those Gothic Epi.

Ok lah..... Before everyone else starts bugging me more about the JCM800.......
Let's just say that next year I have a friend coming to visit.... who happens to be carrying some IMPORTANT CARGO......
Let's just say that it measures about 30"W x 9"H x 12"D. and weighs in at about 41lbs.......
Let's just say that it comes with 4+3 tubes.........
Let's also say I should be getting it by June/July.......
Let's just say I'm getting it at a VERY good price......
capiche?

More like around the RM3k++ range.

Some prefer lower wattage because you can get power tube breakup earlier than the 100 watts.
