Hi guys, do we not need to pay the property stamp dduty as calculated by this: http://www.jpph.gov.my/V2/kira_dutisetem.php?versi=1If yes, when do we need to pay this fee?

Sign SnP should pay 3% or 10%? SA told me is 10%.

1) Hood and Hob 2) Kitchen cabinet 3) Aircon for living and master room 4) Curtain? (did i heard wrong) 5) Heater? centralised? 6) ?

Visited leisure mall which is oppossite ekocheras during weekend. Noticed quite a lot of people in d mall. When d 1.2m eko mall is up & running sure will attract lots of people ..
