Like that, it's better to stay at rural area and tanam sayur/buah/padi for own consumption.

lol, and hope that the rural area become another city before u die, den rm10 per sqft can become rm100 per sqft land lo.... bentong and those kuala selangor, dengkil might be a good bet.

Does anyone here know which parcel are these? Eko Cheras related?

2 blocks of 22 storey luxury apartments (225 units) which consists of 5 floor of parking and a level of communal facilities which involves increase in residential density from 12 person per acre to 306 person per acre in respect of Lot No 10832 - 10846, Jalan Mutiara Barat in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur.

Main reason why i m not so keen on D'sara & SQWhere is bcoz besides being leasehold, there r still lots of land bank available in sg buloh for development of terrace houses. So given a choice people would prefer to stay in landed property or invest in one rather than a leasehold apartment.

So true, surrounding has so much land undeveloped n many nursery n industrial factory around

Upside is RRI but that will take some time to become impactful n surely will sell at future price

No successful mall around but ekocheras at least next to the most successful Cheras mall, leisure mall

How is the revived Cheras sent rail mall doing?

Now i am looking at the freehold terrace houses near the upcoming mrt station in kajang. Nearest is kajang2. Gated, guarded, beside upcoming chinese school & upcoming ktm station. The ktm will connect 2 jln reko mrt station which is just 1 stop away.
