SqWhere is also being constructed beside D'sara. Keen compettion on d Sovo units..

Main reason why i m not so keen on D'sara & SQWhere is bcoz besides being leasehold, there r still lots of land bank available in sg buloh for development of terrace houses. So given a choice people would prefer to stay in landed property or invest in one rather than a leasehold apartment.

Now i am looking at the freehold terrace houses near the upcoming mrt station in kajang. Nearest is kajang2. Gated, guarded, beside upcoming chinese school & upcoming ktm station. The ktm will connect 2 jln reko mrt station which is just 1 stop away.

are u looking for houses at Kajang 2..? not cheap i think..

I bought an intermediate terrace house at kajang2..

you bought it for investment or for own stay? i think the rental there not good.
