my future plan was recabling my MS1i but i've found a more fun alternative!!!! Saw this guy doing it on headfi and was planning to make my ms1i with detachable cables using RCA biggrin.gif

actually a bit dilemma'd I could make it into single side entry but hmmm...

things for me to consider

1. Single side entry
2. RCA or Mono 3.5mm
3. Will the extra parts behind the driver affect the sound quality?

you might want to retain the dual entry cable input, single entry tends to make the sound unbalance. just suggesting wink.gif

ging, $$$/premium/best quality plugs are only useful when match w/ same level jacks
how many time we see expensive plugs/cables connected to oem/rm2 jacks hehe
change the jacks on equipment too ging,go best/premium allthe way

i bought from IC electronics, suddenly all of them could not detect right channel even after i resolder new wires...have to jiggle them around till got sound and it got annoying.
