yes, the prepaid will go into INACTIVE after 2 June. cuz ACTIVE period ended on 2 June.

UMI is a subscription plan. You need an active prepaid before you can use it, as explained by CnY Garage above

if i'm not wrong, your prepaid credit cannot be ZERO. need a minimum holding amount, but i'm not sure what's the lowest credit to be held in the prepaid wallet (somewhere like RM2 to RM10, not exactly sure).

best is just get a RM30 reload from 7E, and you even can get free Revive Isotonic drink

well, for me, i got eBill (sometimes, missed 1 bill from my 2 postpaid accounts).

Must tell them to cancel Itemized Billing then stop sending hardcopy bill. no more charges, less cluttered.

now, my mailbox is empty from physical bills. just check email and kaotim. if cannot find email, go Selfcare to check the PDF bill. no hassle.

p/s: Yes, umobile doesnt give waiver for ppl who opt for eBill, unlike other telcos. their billing system cannot intelligently differentiate multiple bill configurations: eBill + itemized, eBill + non-itemized, physical bill + itemized, physical bill + non-itemized. Compound this problem with customers who dont have email address, even worse.

dont think so. but you can ask them to cancel the itemized billing and hardcopy bill upfront during registration.
