Paid 18k for the booking fees.
And they do accept credit card as one of the mode of payment if you intend for points collecting.

My unit backyard is facing surau.
But unsure the distance between them.

15 units of 3storey, 5 corners, 10 intermediate..

Those that wish to get a 2storey intermediate better apprach SA to register waiting list.. dropout units are common as loan eligibility is very tight these days.

SA is calling buyer to check on their loan application, they are looking for buyers whose loan are rejected. Must be a long waiting list wanted to buy a unit.

They take credit card meh? When I booked mine, they said no credit card leh.

2) During my view on the miniature site, the surau label was put at the north west. It's not in the housing estate of phase 1. But outside. How far from the estate I forgot to ask.

Yes indeed. And if the limit can't swipe for 18k, they even suggest me to swipe 5k first and settle the remaining by other means (cheque, bank-in).
If I'm not mistaken they can return the booking fees if your loan is rejected but they will charge 1k for admin fees.
