Im looking for landed property...seems there are not many choices within KL & PJ area (even got also the price is unreachable)....

Now in my list there got 4 area i looking into...

1. Twin Palm @ Sg Long
2. Jade Hills
3. Semenyih Eco Hills
4. Tropicana Height
Which one is better ?

Yup, i do visit all tat places oledi...I looking for corner unit for my own stay...

this is my personnal view of each place...

1. Twin Palm @ Sg Long - the nearest project to KL....very exclusive, but the units are too many and no amenities nearby (1 km radius)...always need to drive more than 5 km to reach nearest amenities...
2. Jade Hill - first high end project in Kajang...the landscaping is very nice...environment also very peaceful...but I dun like the access...many factories along the strecth to the JH
3. Semenyih Eco Hills - new township....the price is most affortable...but is quiet far away to KL....
4. Tropicana Height -this is I most looking into at...new development.... like the overall township planning....the distance is to KL still consider Ok for me...about 35km away.... but the access Im not really sure about it..... the price tag is the highest compared project nearby like Kajang 2 & Nadayu 92.....
hmmm...anyhow...still difficult to make a choice....may do more researh...but still need all sifus opinions....no matter is good or bad....

No project is 100% can fulfill everyone taste...

I will try to answer based on my 2cents honestly. I hope others dont be offended ya. Fyi, I have kutuk some of my own buys because I am being honest. You havent mention your budget btw. I will put pros and cons for all:

1. Twin Palm@Sg Long:

Pros: Nice place, facilities and price still ok. not too expensive not too cheap
Cons: Any developments surrounding it? I also dont see near future developments coming. MRT not so near as compared to other developments that you mentioned
2. Jade Hills:

Pros: Nice facilities
Cons: Need to see many factories before going in, asap factories sampai rumah and used to have banjir. Price is steep also, commercial errrrrrr.
3. Semenyih Eco Hills:

Pros: Good facilities (if you r taking the ones that come with clubhouse) and price considered acceptable
Cons: Further inside, jam now using the current road and need to wait for direct access to Lekas, need extra time to travel to KL. Semenyih needs more time to mature as compared to Kajang area, no MRT.
4. Tropicana Heights

Pros: near MRT, near KTM, the area will be an integrated commercial centre combined with Kajang 2 shopping mall, commercial centres, chinese school, international school, kebangsaan school
Cons: Price considered slightly expensive but Tropicana brand is normal for the price. premium brand. Access road for now it is under cons. However, you will be amazed by the flyover from persiaran bangi, 4 lane tunnels from Kajang Utama. So when everything completes, access road will be under pros.
So my choice will be Tropicana Heights for sure coz I believe in that area the most. It is the new appeal and face for Kajang. You can also consider TH's neighbours but please make sure that it is not near HTC. Here is the Star Online version of it:

If JH can still sell million million, I believe no issue for TH..
Jadite suite and some of the north east unit already within 200m, while some not too far away from 200m..
South of JH also have KTM Tension cable.. voltage wont be small..

Someone mentioned in TH, the closest possible unit is about 200 to 250m away, very minimal units are very close as its just the HTC corner,,
JH already some units within 200m and more units around just 200m away..

not playing down on JH.. if the rich can accept this, I dun see why TH cant make it..
