Tropicana heights will built direct access road to silk highway/lekas highway or not?

or only access to highway thru the inner roads in those old taman at kajang and jalan semenyih?

nadayu 92= villa manja or sunway damansara version beside DPC

Tropicana Height -this is I most looking into at...new development.... like the overall township planning....the distance is to KL still consider Ok for me...about 35km away.... but the access Im not really sure about it..... the price tag is the highest compared project nearby like Kajang 2 & Nadayu 92.....
hmmm...anyhow...still difficult to make a choice....may do more researh...but still need all sifus opinions....no matter is good or bad....

i think your assessment on distance to KL for twin palms, tropicana and eco hill are not really valid..

actually these 3 places almost the same distance and same travel time to KL...

4. Tropicana Heights

Pros: near MRT, near KTM, the area will be an integrated commercial centre combined with Kajang 2 shopping mall, commercial centres, chinese school, international school, kebangsaan school
Cons: Price considered slightly expensive but Tropicana brand is normal for the price. premium brand. Access road for now it is under cons. However, you will be amazed by the flyover from persiaran bangi, 4 lane tunnels from Kajang Utama. So when everything completes, access road will be under pros.
So my choice will be Tropicana Heights for sure coz I believe in that area the most. It is the new appeal and face for Kajang. You can also consider TH's neighbours but please make sure that it is not near HTC. Here is the Star Online version of it:
