Time for you to spot the difference again. I've already noticed a few differences. Albeit minor, but it shows that things are still changing.

Check out link between block B and C.

Oh, they've added chairs too below the floating gym. End product probably some plastic coffee shop chair. lol.

And some more trees covering the guest drop off on block B, not sure why they are doing this on purpose...ppl complaining it is too simple?

Hi, the changes was already found it months back though. Even their video and photo on wall @ sales gallery have this as end result. The chair been added below floating gym, yea I knew it months back. Nothing new. Just few photo on the website.

The way of the "agent" or developer to appreciate their buyers and customer management/service is very poor, yes, I agreed that they are very details but maybe only at the scale model or brochures or video? but they have forgotten the ppl who have waited patiently since months ago and being updated with empty promise info, customer satisfaction/service are also important nowaday, come on la, should be more professional mar...later need to handle and manage big condo at hilltop...shud giv some proper updates ma, go brief the panel bank don't chase and force me to sign LO, a memo also I belum Nampak now...

Agreed. I think they noted. Hope for the improvement.

Year end, closing in 31st dec. They (bank SA) need to get all the sales closed and get commission, thats why wil rush us for the LO.
Anyways, i suggest you better re-send the documents to banker for loan application.
by email will do.

I am smarter now, I will not resubmit for loan application till I see the SPA and the replacement of DIBS memo, who's know by CNY not my turn to view the SPA, then masi jiat lat, wakakakaka....

Nope. U better secure your Loan. Without the LO, they cant prepare the loan agreement & S&P. They wil submit the LO and lawyer only wil make an arrangement with you for signing S&P.

You cant view the S&P without all the LO be prepared. S&P not like brochures, can be viewed without confirm your purchase loh..
Just dont delay your loan application just because of unconfirmed info from Zalam. You gonna be headache if CT officially launch and can sign S&P anytime, yet your Loan stil pending pending pending n pending for weeks, and Bank negara may just stop the rebates thingy anytime officially.

If you apply loan too late, Bank might not offer you the right 90% loan amount based on after 8% rebates.
Then your 8% definitely byebye.

My RHB LO was issued and expired on 16 Dec 2013, I still have MBB and PBB LO as backup but is going to expire soon...see when the lawyer will call me now...

Lawyer wont look for you if you have not sign your LO.
No documents to be submitted to them/laywer.
If you prefer RHB, just reapply, very easy 5mins send all documents via email mah.

I never sign LO before review SPA since ages ago, unless this is the new rule which i am not aware, wakakaka........once you sign LO then you review the SPA then not happy and want to cancel, then you gonna pay penalty to the LO bank with certain percentage of your loan amount...fuyoh....

hi jay, when u get ur lo, exp 16/12 so fast, only 1 month ?
as I know usually got 3 months.. else just request to extend, sure they will do..
I just submitted last week.. processing... yawn.gif
so many negative news here, 3 become 2 I think...

so far never visit their showroom.
anyway, should die die will buy 1, ald spent long to follow up here, and.. really not easy to find a prop with such features at this price at not bad not bad location right?...

3 months? Maybank LO 2 weeks!!! And show me the LO, terms n condition states 2 weeks. I asked for extend yet he seems not willing to. Hey wan my commission also don't need like that la.
My fren said normally can extend to a month at least.
Maybank kept on request alots doc where other banks just accept without askin much. Kinda mafan to apply Maybank. Somemore it's Islamic Loan. Any problem with this?

Never visit their showroom and put on so much confident on this developer? Why so?
Just found out last week from damai perdana can reach connaught & bukit mandarina via Alam damai road. A str8 pine 5 - 10mins (non peak). Location considered good for me.

I think its better to wait for black n white for the dibs rebates for early bookers before sign LO. My rhb loan also approved but not going to sign anything until confirmed la.
