If for ownstay, those rebates/Dibs doesnt really matter as long as the prop suits your lifestyle/preference.
If for investment, the only good things is the low psf with low density. U stil can find lower psf prop around.

A1 A2 B1 B2 and C.

Some New Props heard it 1-2 weeks back and ady launched with preview. This is one of the projects. Heard it yesterday and got the news of launch today.
CT is too slow to launch. Lose out alots customers. (I knew some might cancel it ady).

I got more time to search for other properties.
There are many few launches. some near to my home, quite attractive. near to future IOI city mall too.

Low density as in 4 units per floor. 88-92units per block.
at the very beginning of Version 1 and during the booking, SA already mentioned 5 blocks. And the last block would be highest psf, which is phase 2 consists of 260units.
It's very clear information given.
Slightly lower unit per acre than jadite. How big is jadite land?
Ct: 9.18acre
Wotp: 8.9acre

Just because Ms.Llily got it wrong as the website stated Block A, B, C, D, E instead of CT A1, A2, B1, B2, & C.
the website cant use A1A2 to differentiate the block.

If you have the time, please check back the old version 1&2 thread, chulk kor did informed all of us that the Block C consists of 260units, but the exact no of units not finalized.
SA told me no of unit per floor in block C would be higher too.

But we never compare or critisize about Jadite at all, different ppl different preference. Both has its pros and cons. Whos the one sayin CT is lower density than Jadite? 67 vs 69 units per acre here and it's around that.
No point to argue. At the end developer stil be the winner. Just choose the right one for your own porfolio, investment or ownstay. No point argue here, u gain nothin here.

Launch wil be within this month or next, once launched all the information revealed. I hope you could help us up by checking all the info if it's misleading. We all owners definitely appreciate your opinion and complain to zalam for improvement.

We are not sure as only know 4units per floor for the 4 blocks, and 259units for the Block C. roughly 92units per block, some are 88 per block. Please help us to check with Housing and provide us the exact info since you so free?

Heard you purchased alots properties this or last year? When start selling those to avoid higher tax?
Even myself stay at next big land next to GitaBayu also cant afford to get so many props. U must be earning alots by good prop and ignore those misleading project.

Chester agency selling it much earlier in June and informed us October wil launch officially. Hmm so just considered delays 2 months d.

You think he's so free to pm one by one to confirm since this CT not under his porfolio..
Wait for the official launch soon, info given that time if misleading, not only him, myself or others will shoot/complain if any info intally with previously promised.

According to them, so far so good, now they are rushing on the Launch, HD video ready and brochures ready soon.

Meanwhile Im lookin for other potential prop too, once found better, can say sayonara to CT. haha.
At the moment, CT stil my first choice (except the surrounding n access very rundown n kampung)

They said brochures can be printed only once AP approved. Now brochures ready means should be no problem.
I find it no big problem for the delay atleast they are rushing for.
Access plan approved since 2012, AP ready soon. Brochures and Video are Must for buyers la. Loan can applied soon, bankers started calling us.
I dont want so low class prop with just 2 pages brochures like many prop recently.
I believe they stil have units available and also drop off units. this is only phase 1, phase 2 would definitely have another launch with differ info.

Im the genuine buyer and even more impatient than anyone of you la.
