And I heard Petalz @ OKR by exsim till now also yet to get AP.
Launched & started booking since May/June. So Any problem with that piece of land (which dont dare to touch by other developers?). AP take times to approve due to "efficient" malaysia.

Wow, we just get to know this Green Park prop few days back from PTLM, this weekend soft launch with Banner around kuchailama. And mostly 70-80% sold out! Show unit available for viewing.
What happened to our CT, a simple Banner pun tak ada!!

Went to Seringin Residenc sales gallery with parent. Amazed to their nice sales office n good location. Left Garden Villa for sale from developer. Drooling....

I like it distant away from the busy shoplot at Kuchailama. And u can use alternative way back to highway access to Oldklangroad to MV. Not sure how many school there. Hehe
Got any other new condo? Don't like too near to the shop lots

Agreed with the KM1 east, my parent tot of getting this for ownstay but complete in 2017, way too long.
They plan to move out by next year if possible. Seringin might be the best choice.
Bukit Jalil near to Kuchai? considered quite a distance, cant really compared. Kuchailama nearer to Oldklangroad. Oldklangroad property price brings up Kuchailama& Desa, not bukit Jalil..

They r killing many real home buyers too especially those young generations who want to get their first home.
So any confirmation on this from Zalam?
I've to reconsider until zalam could offer a good solution to secure their buyers. Otherwise the project gonna sell for 2years or more.
I wil keep my cash instead of putting in one time off, who knows next year might have differ kind of package from developer to win back the buyers.
Hard time for both developer and buyers.

I will wait for Zalam response on this? They are going to launch and gonna have a big headache if buyers cancel all the bookings, and Chester have to seek new buyers over again. 60K not less not small, but since need to pay 10%, most probably wil spend the cash wisely on subsale or better prop/location.

CT for ownstay, those investor gettin this due to the 8% rebates & DISS sure think of cancelling booking unless developer come out a better package. It selling good due to the DIBS and 8% rebates, but not now anymore with this location if those packages canceled

So now we have to pay Interest during construction and also 10%? gosh rclxub.gif

Yea reduce the S&P price, thats what i thought, but we stil need to fork out 10% eventhou it's lower.
still around 55-60K.

Yes problem might be solved if opt wotp. But still wont touch on WOTP due to large size, heavier maintenance, higher monthly commitment, and only for 2 pax MAX.
I thought of getting new Car next year too! aiya this definitely affect my planning.

To be Fair, I really hope we as early buyers stil can entitled the 8% rebates and other new packages given to those new buyers.
3K keep with them for 5months yet now more n more problems now.
Cloudtree this prop might be just down due to no funding from bank shocking.gif

Thanks for your suggestion bro. But since I'm financially stable still, I do not wish to get any sponsorship from them unless they offer. No Single cents from parent.

Nothing to do with poor or rich, I will prefer to manage my financial wisely since I'm gonna get a Lexus and going to HK for holiday early next year. Definitely need another 20-30K for these. Yes im poor that unable to fork out total 100K within 2 months. sad.gif

Anyways, we already have the solutions. =) Now waiting for the CT Launch laugh.gif
