As I remember the DreamCity SA shown me their Non DIBS price is around 700K+ and DIBS price is 760K+.
I believe there wil be more than that, Just see if Zalam concern of their benefits or more to buyers who get it for their HOME.

I wonder why we are keep waiting & waiting here for the launch in this Inofficial LOWYAT forum, never ever receive any Formal email or anything from Zalam management.
I can't see any professional way yet like sending us Invitation from them (not from SA / Chester), but Zalam own management.
Almost everyday I've received invitation/private from other developer on new prop launch regardin peanut developer or welknown one. But Zalam just no feedback at all.
Please do something to ensure our buyers who been waiting patiently for 6 months.. Their condo concept is OKAY, but not the way how they marketing it like others.

I just dont like it all matters also discussed and "confirmed it here...
and we all here waiting like moron.. so tiring! Should they atleast do something to appreciate us for waiting so long?
8% rebates, DIBS are just too common package nowadays, WOTP also 10% without DP, lucky draw, DIBS and come with quality furnishing! 囧

Just myself not so comfortable to see nothing from CT, Yes no AP, thats why no Banner, no advertisement, no this n that on SITE.
I believe once AP approved, they wont do much on the advertisement , perhaps cut budget too. I hope Not!

Even smal peanut developer wil build it, as you said, depends if they wanna build or not.
So far besides their concept and masterplan, I didnt see if they shown any sincerity or thingy to appreciate the buyers yet..
Wait and see for the Official Launch to see how well they hold the event.
Then we can decide whether drop it or sign it.

Visited this few months back but yet to launch. not interested as too big units and high price.
their previous project was way cheaper.. ard 700K+ (forgot the name)

Maybe for this project (didnt ask much details of this )
but their previous project not gated guarded (guardhouse), remembered the SA told me.."no guardhouse la thats why selling cheap like this 700k+)
One of the reason I wasnt interested was this gated guarded thingy.

So Quiet from Zalam/Chester/Chulk Kor/ SA lately. Must be enjoying long holiday

I wan a nice quality of catalogue/brochures that consists every details of CT from Floorplan, site plan, gallery, facilities to Specifications..
Hope not just a simple 2-3pages catalogue like the webpage.

According to SA, they are busying on the Launching, the Launch Date yet to confirmed but very soon (Hopefully).

PM Chulk or contact SA. they have all the information.
I also lazy to post/complain/discuss it here. Directly ask from them Chester/Zalam.

Yes understand your feeling. I also have been waitin for so long since June. Asked SA and CHulk many times.
The latest update is they are rushing for the Launch Day but havent confirm the Date (depends on Zalam directors).

Actually during the booking (June), they already informed that Zalam plan to launch in Mid Oct- November. So we just tried to ask every details of the project while waiting for the launch. Everyone knows Waiting = torturing...

That one im not sure. But since they are rushing for the Launches, Video and brochures ready, so should be no issues lah.
Now Taman Juara Road extension construction according to them..(U can passby the site).

That's what I heard from Mr.Chulk. Extension construction of the road.
Clearing works at both side of the road should be by other developer for other development.

Don't ask me in detail as I know nothing too. Just wait and see
