Yes. That's what we mentioned before.
Pretty disappointed that Zalam didnt build the Show unit like others.
We not a stupid buyers purchasing units based on how fancy the Interior Design.
We do need to have the rough ideas on how big the size and layout of our unit.

I just can compare with other project show units with similar size and layout. thats frustrated.
Need to wait another 3 years for completion, and yet to know how big is our bathroom?
Dimension given, stil hardly imagine the size. Wish Zalam ATLEAST show us the Mock unit (Bare unit) by inviting Owners to pay a visit)

Info:

Masterbedroom = 287Sf
MasterBath = 61sf
Total Master = 348sf
Bathroom2 = 52sf

I've compared this to Tropicana MetroPark (PALOMA) 1306sf and 1255sf (Pretty similar, but their masterbedroom and bathroom is slight bigger)

Visited the Paloma 1306sf, similar layout with our 1269sf.
Their ID really nice and cozy. Can take it as idea for your future home design.
their bathroom should be wider but shorter than ours.
and masterbedroom is longer (width) then ours but our Wardrobe should be longer from corner to corner.

Yes there are 2 big AIRWELL hole in every 2 units, at the middle.
Should be sufficient for better air ventilation.

Don't worry since our Balcony is around 6600m with Horizontal layout, hence we have sufficient sunlight and better Air ventilation, atleast won't feel breathless like living in mickeymouse hole.

And Block A-D All facing North and South, reduce the West-Sun direcly to our Living Hall.
Thanks to the proper masterplan and design by Archimatrix and Zalam. thumbup.gif

Yea always best to stay in Landed.
Condo for me is 2 pax living, max is 3 pax.
Easy maintenance.
parent definitely not stay with me, they have their landed house for retirement.

The more I look at it the more I'm in love with the layout.
just well planned, even a space for shoe rack, space for long wardrobe at Masterbedroom.
Love the long balcony (6600), gonna make artificial grass/golf grass-alike (like Dreamcity show unit) ♡

Usualy condo will install the HOOD

then somewhere the COOK smell need to divert smwhere for the HOOD to release.

the nearest to kitchen is the Air CELL sharing in the yard for drying the clothes.

What i want to highlight; ZALAM can built a BIG PIPE in the AIR CELL for the HOOD to connect.

Else every unit HOOD install each unit only to channel to small AIR CELL, then the AIR CELL

will get trap all kind of cooking smell..

Im sharing mine exp..as mine current Condo also facing the issue. When someone cook curry- the HOOD dispence the smell fro AIR CELL, then all the unit can smell it thru yard.

I believe every CONDO has this flaw. if the AIR CELL didnt hv open space then most the trap air will flow to every yard.

From the floorplan info by JOY SA
our CT Built Up is 1316sf, whereas the Marketing Built Up is 1269sf.

Anyone know why developer need to differentiate these? Why can't use just 1316sf built up?
Does it mean all the project selling on market now using Marketing Built Up?
any project using actual built up in their brochures? If this is the case then we hardly can compare size by size due to the differences.
