Icic, true. But the printing shouldnt take that long though. I'm in printing line, don't think those materials take so long to be printed. few days will do depends on the quality n material needed. cheap quality wil be faster ofcuz. haha

Well Im gonna sign it on next year Jan after my holiday and definitely not sign it in 2013, since it's kind of bad year for me. LOL

My issue is, it hasn't even launch then can sign S&P, sorry first time buyer but the procedure sounds a bit.. weird?

Once the project obtained AP, we can sign the S&P after our loan approved. It sounds weird for CT as we didnt have private preview or soft launch for Booking.
Other project might have more budgets, wanna increase exposure by havin those private preview open bookin for public without the AP approved...
Hmm I will sign it in Jan after my holiday and also after got all the detailed information from Zalam.

How could they expect the buyers wil be in Malaysia as they wish?
We all busy with work n travel while waiting their launch la, 1 month also cant wait then i wil say byebye to them.. somemore it's holiday month (Dec-Jan). If no accident, i wil be signing it in Mid Jan.
anyways, hows ur landed thingy?

So, we've waited for this developer for several months. Delay after delay. Now they've mandated us to sign S&P in 2 weeks while not giving room for ppl which are away or caught in all the bank out of quota fiasco?

Through thick or thin, your buyers stuck with you after all the delay, change in dibs, headache on quotas, no brochure, no showroom, no..etc.

Haiyah i think just the SA in hurry only...
coz wanto get commission in hurry then bye bye

if developer dunwan sell to us, just bcoz some buyer cant sign the snp between the short stupid shit stipulated time frame then just make it launch fast larrrr.....y still dragging like DDD....

The "must sign within 2 weeks" is pure bullshit. I would have told the SA to fly kites if she said this to me.

My SA called me today too but she didn't say anything about "must sign within certain time frame".

Yea actually SA never mention 2 weeks time frame. Well just study this project over again and sign your S&P at your convenient la~

I just submitted to apply uob and affin last Friday le, cos both mbb n rhb r full is it?
There is no way to sign within 2 weeks shakehead.gif , they hv no right to demand us to do so right? especially I dint smell my loan approval yet..
Going to collect the green terrain key tomorrow, my very 1st vp unit nod.gif , just bought fr developer in Aug actually, but CT which book in May still.....
ok wish not much defect and very good condition icon_rolleyes.gif

Bro, you can try apply Maybank and RHB too, heard they doing quota extension.
Dont like affin as they r like forcin us to choose with MRTA. no other choice. rate stil okay..

is it? then is better I try them both as well, cos my current partners profile are not so strong now, worry may cant get loan.
usually I symbolise to take 100k sum assured for 5 yrs and they ok.
since my current situation is urge for loan amt/margin, so I don mind/hv to take mrta .. even full loan amt mrta, but for 5 yrs period la...
consider pay 2-3k extra to "buy the loan margin, I m fine, btw I still get the protection during this 5 yrs just in case... so fair, we cant treat this ins premium is a waste.., but not mrta for 30 yrs la...
gald u hv secure ur loan.. and any other buyers here.
I am praying hard now... hv been follow up this CT story for soooooooo long... don wish to simply give up , and ct still hv its adv so far... else I believe u hv cabut long ago too....

T^T They bullied me cause I'm first time buyer I guess, I wouldn't be free these few weeks also cause end of the year very busy le sad.gif

Maybe they bully me lo, know that I'm young and inexperienced T^T I was so worried cause I'll be so busy throughout this week to end of the year, probably first week of January also, then she told me it's a must sad.gif She lied to me.
