Rich ppl in this almost all stay in Country Heights Kajang, You can see alots supper hugeee bungalows (especially indian one)..
There are many rich ppl dislike C.H but prefer environment of Jadehill, more serene, quiet and spacious roads too! well maintained than Country Heights, Security system/guard also much better than C.H

According to SA, by this month. She wil lets me know by this weekend.
S&P ready to sign by 2 weeks. I think Zalam wil make it launch by December.

May I ask a question here...
wanted to know at Damai Perdana, you can get a landed property(subsale) below at around 550k or maybe below 550k but why some of you still choose high rise property Cloud Tree ?

landed there is pretty old. some need major reno. some not gated & guarded.

I guess it boils down to affordability and individual preference. For subsale, you would normally need to fork out quite a $$ for DP, reno and lawyee etc which could easily jack up to RM100K++ (cash) upfront and many of us "ta kong zai" just cannot afford it. So people definately will go for under con project like CT which give you the flexibility of low entry cost with low DP, rebate and other goodies (provided your loan got approved lah). But hor, got ppl who jual their landed and go beli luxury condo oso got wor with reason "landed too big to clean and manage la, 2 ppl onli condo with canggih amenities will do lah"

heard that the launching is before Xmas .... waiting.....

not sure about the date but already arranged to sign the spa by next week.

meaning around 2 weeks before launching wor, not easy to rush out all the materials le cos all brochures etc need to print the AP no etc haha.
